Marinated Oven-Baked Chicken Breast with Spicy Salad

Rub the chicken breasts with the sambal and a few drops of olive oil and bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees. Meanwhile, peel and thinly slice the cucumber (with a peeler), dice the red chili and mix with the beansprouts. Mix the soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and olive oil into a dressing, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle over the salad. Place the chicken breasts on two plates and serve the salad separately.
