Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees. Rub the salmon fillets with coarse mustard and thinly slice the courgette. Place the salmon fillets and courgette in a dish and drizzle with the olive oil. Grill for around 10 minutes. Meanwhile cook the broccoli florets for 5 minutes until tender. Serve the salmon and vegetables on two plates and season with salt and black pepper.
