Scrambled Eggs With Chives and Smoked Chicken Breast

Whisk the eggs with 1 tablespoon of milk. Heat the butter in a pan over a low heat, add the eggs and stir gently with a wooden spoon until the eggs starts to set. Finely slice the chicken breast and add to the egg. Take the pan off the heat and stir in the rest of the milk. Season with salt and pepper and scatter the chives over the scrambled eggs.
