Momentum® Carnitine’s extensive composition contains Acetyl-L-Carnitine, the bio-active form of Carnitine. In this form it is most easily absorbed by the body and is more economically used. In the Carnitine supplement, Acetyl-L-Carnitine and alpha lipoic acid jointly enhance cellular energy production and help the body burn off sugar (through the effects of alpha lipoic acid) and fat (through the effects of Acetyl-L-Carnitine). Fortifying the supplement with chromium, biotin and zinc contributes to a healthy metabolism and brings out the qualities of the Acetyl-L-Carnitine. WHAT IS CARNITINE AND WHY DO WE NEED IT?
Carnitine is a vitamin-like organic compound that is synthesized by the body using amino acids lysine and methionine, with the help of vitamin C and iron.
