Broccoli and Spring Onion Soup with Prawns

Fry the chopped shallots and finely sliced garlic in a large pot. Peel the potatoes and wash the broccoli. Dice the potatoes, broccoli and spring onions and add to the shallots. Fry briefly and add water and milk. Add a chicken stock cube and reduce by half. Puree the soup with a stick blender until smooth and season with salt and pepper. Arrange the prawns in two soup bowl and pour the soup over.
