Grilled Rump Steak with Cherry Tomatoes, Mushrooms and Green Beans

Boil some water with a beef stock cube and cook the beans for around 5 minutes. Heat some olive oil in a wok over a high heat and briefly fry the mushrooms (quartered) and garlic (crushed or chopped). Add the cooked beans and cherry tomatoes when the mushrooms are golden brown and continue to stir-fry over a low heat. Season the steaks with salt and pepper, seal quickly in a (grill) pan over a high heat, lower the heat and continue to fry until rosé. Serve the steaks with the stir-fried vegetables on two plates and season with a little extra pepper.
